Arlington Officer Rescues Two Stray Kittens from Car Bumper and Gives Them a Forever Home

However, once the situation was resolved, an unexpected turn of events awaited them in the parking lot. A concerned woman flagged them down, explaining she heard strange noises coming from her car. She feared starting the engine after realizing the sounds were tiny meows coming from underneath her vehicle.‎‎The officers followed her to the car and quickly discovered the source: two small kittens were trapped inside the bumper.
