A resurfaced video showing Elon Musk balancing cutlery at a Mar-a-Lago dinner party has sparked a wave of online speculation, with some suggesting the billionaire was high during the event — an accusation Musk firmly denies.

The video, filmed in March but now widely circulating again, shows Musk balancing a fork and two spoons on one finger, seemingly lost in concentration. Sitting beside him is Siobhan Gillis, the mother of four of his children. In another clip from the same night, White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt approaches Musk for a brief chat, but he appears distracted, continuing to focus on his utensils rather than engage.

The footage resurfaced shortly after a New York Times article claimed Musk had been juggling “drugs and family drama” while loosely connected to campaign events. The report included allegations of heavy ketamine use, even suggesting it was affecting his bladder.

Social media quickly latched onto the story and the video, with commenters joking, “This is what drugs do to your brain,” and “Even the Secret Service looks embarrassed.”

Musk, however, is pushing back. “I’m not on ketamine, for [expletive] sake,” he posted. “I do not take drugs. The New York Times is lying.” Musk admitted he had tried prescription ketamine in the past to manage “dark periods,” but claimed he hasn’t taken it since.

The eccentric billionaire is no stranger to unusual public behavior, but he insists the viral video is being blown out of proportion. For now, the only thing Musk appears guilty of is a fascination with cutlery—and once again becoming the center of internet debate.
